Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of BritBreeze Games. Please read them carefully before you start playing.

Last updated: January 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("terms") set out the agreement between you and BritBreeze Games ("we", "us" or "BritBreeze") for your use of the britbreezegames.com website and any games, features or content we provide (together, the "service"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use the service

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you're legally able to enter into this agreement. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 is using the service, please contact us.

3. The nature of the service

BritBreeze Games is a free-to-play social gaming and entertainment platform. All games use virtual chips that:

  • have no monetary value;
  • cannot be purchased, sold, traded or exchanged for real money or any other item of value;
  • are used solely for keeping score within the games; and
  • do not represent any form of wagering or betting.

The service does not involve real money at any point. There is no way to deposit, withdraw, buy or cash out anything on the platform.

4. Your account and progress

The service doesn't require an account. Your chip balance and game statistics are stored locally in your browser. We don't hold a copy on our servers and we can't restore your progress if it's lost. You're responsible for maintaining access to your browser data if you want to keep your progress.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial entertainment — and not to:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its systems;
  • use scripts, bots or other automated means to play the games or manipulate the leaderboard;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract the underlying code or logic of the games;
  • use the service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose; or
  • disrupt or interfere with the service or anyone else's use of it.

Our community guidelines apply to any social or interactive features and form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The service — including the games, text, graphics, logos, design and code — is owned by BritBreeze Games and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit any part of it without our written permission.

7. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, relating to the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Because the service is free and involves no real money, you agree that BritBreeze Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service — which is zero.

9. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update or change the service at any time, and we may revise these terms when we do. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you're a consumer with mandatory rights in your country of residence.
